Dr. Tina Mobasseri is proud to serve the Point Loma community as the owner of Point Loma Comprehensive Dental. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Carolina and received a scholarship to attend Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.

Dr. Mobasseri is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the San Diego County Dental Society. She is also an active member of Spear Education, one of the nation’s leading dental education organizations, and regularly attends advanced Spear courses. This ongoing training keeps her at the forefront of the latest techniques, technology, and treatment planning approaches, ensuring her patients receive the highest standard of modern dental care.
Her philosophy centers on providing personalized, top-quality dentistry in a comfortable and supportive environment. She believes oral health is deeply connected to overall well-being and is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain their healthiest, most confident smiles.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME
After completing dental school, my husband and I made the exciting decision to move to San Diego. We fell in love with the beauty and energy of this city and knew it was where we wanted to build both our professional lives and our home. We’re now happily settled here and are looking forward to starting a family in the near future.
Beyond dentistry, I am someone who truly enjoys life’s vibrant experiences. I love traveling and exploring new cultures, whether wandering through a busy market abroad or relaxing on a quiet beach. I’m happiest when I’m near the water swimming, soaking in the sun, or simply enjoying a peaceful coastal view. I’m also a big food enthusiast and find joy in trying new restaurants or cooking creative meals at home.
I look forward to meeting each of you, learning your stories, and partnering with you to achieve your healthiest, most confident smile. My goal is to ensure this practice continues to feel like a place where you and your family are truly cared for and supported.
